Terms of Service

This desk is the campaign platform of Collins Ochieng, candidate for Member of Parliament, Westlands Constituency. It is not a government office and it does not charge for access.

Creating an account is free. There is no application fee, subscription, or payment to verify as a constituent, to read the boards, or to post a listing.

Jobs, tenders, rentals, and short stays are posted by supporters. The platform takes no broker commission and does not collect a viewing fee. A listing that asks for money before a viewing is outside these terms.

Personal data is handled under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. The public certificate check shows a first name, a surname initial, the ward, the polling centre, and the serial. It does not show an identity number, a phone number, or an email address.

The two community vehicles are a grant proposal. They are not an NG-CDF project and they are not yet on the road.
